About the Owner

Jeff Tilley, LC

Jeff has been in the electrical and lighting industry for over 20 years.  His career began in the commercial electrical industry working on large new construction projects, such as the Tennessee Titans Stadium, MTSU Library, and many others.  When the electrical industry slowed down, the company moved into the lighting retrofit side of the business.  He started out installing lighting projects, leading crews and project management, then transitioned into design and engineering.  For over 10 years now he has been in the design and engineering side of the business, auditing facilities and designing proposals for customers as far north as Canada, and as far south as Mexico.  The customers included industrial/ manufacturing facilities, hospitals, K-12 educational facilities, universities, prisons, military bases, government facilities, office buildings, etc.  This extensive experience has allowed him to begin his own company and provide the services he observed as being in high demand, where he can add value, and bring exceptional service.

During his time in the industry he has acquired master electrical licenses in multiple states, the CLMC accreditation through NALMCO, and the LC designation through NCQLP.  He also served as the secretary and vice president for the Nashville chapter of the IESNA, and been involved in numerous continuing education opportunities to keep up to date with the current technologies.
